Analyzed the abundance, distribution and composition of juvenile scleractinian corals in the Rosario Archipelago, Colombian Caribbean

Abstract

The recruitment of scleractinian corals that are produced by sexual reproduction is an important force in the maintenance and structuring of coral reef communities. In this study, I evaluated the abundance, distribution and taxonomic composition of juvenile scleractinian in reefs from the Rosario Islands archipelago, one of the most biodiverse coral reef areas in the Colombian Caribbean.
